Prinskorv (literally "Prince-sausage") is a small Swedish sausage, somewhat similar to the Vienna sausage (also known as Wiener sausage). It is usually fried and served with mustard, and is especially popular at the julbord (a Christmas smörgåsbord).
It can occasionally be found in frozen form in some North American Ikea locations.
